3 Personal References (names and phone numbers required)
2 Letters of Recommendation (see below for details)

⏰ Deadline: The deadline for completing the application is March 31, 2025. If sending by mail, letter must be postmarked by the deadline date. No applications will be accepted after this date.

Guidelines for Applicants

Applicant must be a faithful member of the church of Christ.
Must be a graduating senior planning to attend a university, community college, technical school, or professional training program such as EMT school, etc.
Preference will be given to applicants who have attended Jackson/Smith County Youth Camp.
Preference will be given to applicants attending a Christian college or university.

At least one letter should be from preacher or elder and one should be from someone who attends with you at your current congregation (these could be the same individual, but you will still need at least one other letter from someone else). Please include your name in the file name if possible.

Fund Dispersement Terms

Scholarship money will be awarded after the student provides proof of enrollment to the scholarship committee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your scholarship may be forfeited for conduct the Board of Directors deems unworthy of recipient. This will apply until time your scholarship funds have been fully disbursed to the school of your choosing.
